We are seeing an un-presented shrinkage of homes for sale in the Big Bear Valley.
The past several weeks we have had more homes go into escrow or backup status, with multiple offers and price wars in bidding and this makes for a very tough buyers’ market. As of today there is a total of 60 active listings and a total of 105 Listings in escrow and in the last 7 days 17 closed sales.
